The Workforce Training Fund Program helps address business productivity and competitiveness by providing resources to Massachusetts businesses to fund training for current and newly hired employees.

The Workforce Training Fund is for businesses of all sizes, but its major focus is small to medium-sized businesses. We are here to help you make an investment in your employees’ skills and your future.
General Program Apply Here
- Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to apply.
- You can apply for up to $250,000 for a Training Grant.
Express Program Apply Here
- Effective 9/1/2020, businesses of any size are encouraged to apply.
- Grant funds are limited to $30,000 per company per calendar year and to $3,000 per employee per course.
- Approved businesses will be reimbursed for up to 50% of the actual cost of training.
